Course description

Digitalization is a fast-developing phenomenon that is impacting all business sectors. A good leader needs to adapt his organization to the pace of digital transformation. Rapid, far-reaching changes are forcing organizations to develop new capabilities and evolve their corporate culture.
These necessary strategic choices have an impact on the organizational aspect of work, on the management of human resources and information, but also on the deployment of new products and services, and on the broad lines of communication.

The IT project manager is an expert in his or her field, thanks to technical IT skills (development, programming, database management, network security and administration, etc.), financial skills (budget construction and management) and managerial skills (team management). The IT project manager also has the communication skills needed to translate customer expectations into IT solutions, and to satisfy the needs of the organization’s departments. They are involved at every stage of the process, from planning to project implementation and follow-up.

With specializations in the key sectors of big data, cybersecurity or project management, the training program, with its long internship and master’s degree in IT project management, gives graduates the skills they need to analyze a business environment and make relevant
recommendations.
